Dr. Nachiket Kotwaliwale serves as a board advisor. He is an accomplished agricultural engineer, holding
degrees from JNKVV, Jabalpur, Rajasthan Agricultural University, Bikaner (Campus: CTAE,Udaipur), and Oklahoma
State University, Stillwater, USA. Commencing his journey with the Indian Council of Agricultural Research in
1993, he steadily rose through the ranks, eventually assuming the role of Head of the Agro Produce Processing
Division at ICAR-CIAE, Bhopal. Currently serving as the Director of ICAR-CIPHET, Ludhiana, India, he also
carries theadditional responsibility of Director at ICAR-NRC Makhana, Darbhanga.
Dr. Kotwaliwale's professional expertise lies in the design of agro processing machinery,
non-destructive quality evaluation of agro produce, sensor and machine vision applications in agriculture,
computer-aided design, and instrumentation for quality and safety in agro-processing. His significant
contributions extend to the publication of approximately 12 books/proceedings, around 90 research papers and
popular articles, and the development of five copyrighted software
programs. Furthermore, he has guided three master's dissertations and three doctoral students.
Known for his commitment to knowledge dissemination, Dr. Kotwaliwale has conducted numerous training programs
covering areas such as agro processing, image processing, non-destructive quality evaluation, food safety and
agro produce loss prevention and value addition. In recognition of his outstanding contributions to the field,
he has been honoured with the prestigious ISAE fellowship. In addition to his role at ICAR-CIPHET, Dr.
Kotwaliwale serves as a Member of the Board of Management for two state agricultural universities and one
Institute of National Importance, further showcasing his dedication to advancing agricultural research and
education.
Harsh serves as a board advisor with a focus on investments spanning the entire food and agribusiness value
chain. With a robust background in AgriFood industry expertise in M&A and corporate finance, Harsh brings a
wealth of experience to the table.
He boasts a substantial global track record in M&A, investments, and business development. Harsh has
successfully sourced, negotiated, completed, and integrated over 30 M&A transactions, investments, and
strategic projects across diverse regions, including Southeast Asia, India, Black Sea, Australia and New
Zealand, the United States, and Africa.
Harsh's professional journey encompasses management consulting, investment banking, and corporate M&A with
reputable organizations such as McKinsey, Macquarie, Olam, and Rippledot.
Over the past two decades, he has cultivated profound expertise and built strong relationships with key
players in the AgriFood and Natural Climate Solutions ecosystem, including strategics, business leaders,
founders, investors, and advisors.
Kunal, an IIM Ahmedabad alumnus and holder of a degree in Architecture from Mumbai University, is a highly
experienced and creative professional with a career spanning over two decades. His expertise extends
nationally and internationally, particularly in Real Estate, Planning, Project Management, and Infrastructure
Development. Kunal has contributed his skills to global corporations such as ICICI Bank and
Religare.
Currently, Kunal leads strategic projects, new initiatives and business development for the group, emphasizing
sustainable practices. His proven track record includes effectively managing the entire asset life cycle, from
acquisition to successful exit, showcasing his ability to optimize revenue and enhance market position. In
addition to his corporate responsibilities, Kunal shares his knowledge by occasionally lecturing at
architectural institutes. He has participated in various corporate leadership and behavioural training
programs, earning recognition through several prestigious awards at different stages of his illustrious
career.
Kunal is a well-known figure in the Real Estate fraternity, and his influence extends to serving on the Grand
Jury Panel for esteemed events such as the Economic Times & Realty+ Conclave Excellence Awards. His

Gaurav holds a Master's degree in Business and Hospitality Management from Cesar Ritz, Brig Campus,
Switzerland, following his Bachelor's degree with ITC Welcom-group, Manipal. With a diverse background, he
brings extensive expertise in Warehousing Development and Operations, Hospitality, Manpower Management,
Security and surveillance, Real Estate, and F&B Retail Industries.
His international experience spans seven years, during which he contributed significantly to renowned brands
such as Hyatt International, 24 Secure, Barista Sri Lanka, Costa London, and Baur Au Lac Luxury Hotels,
Switzerland. In his current role, he is deeply involved in overseeing warehousing operations and security
protocols. As the company's representative, he plays a crucial role in establishing and maintaining
relationships with Central/State Governments and other external agencies, fostering growth, and exploring new
business opportunities and collaborations.
Gaurav effectively manages warehousing operations, supported by a team of Accredited Quality and operational
experts who conduct regular inspections. As the competent authority, he ensures the seamless procurement of
materials and equipment for warehousing operations, new business ventures, and tendering processes.
Additionally, he plays a key role in shaping and executing business strategies.
Having dedicated three decades of service, Mr. Gupta, who retired as the Chief General Manager of HAFED, holds
the position of President within the warehousing division. His extensive background encompasses diverse areas
such as procurement, storage, preservation, logistics, commodity exchanges, and trading in commodities and
agri exports.
In his current role, Mr. Gupta assumes responsibility for ensuring the seamless operations of warehouses. He
actively fosters strong connections, maintaining close ties with senior functionaries of FCI/PUNGRAIN on one
front, while also engaging with senior officials of the company at both the headquarters and in the field.
Mr. Gupta holds an MBA degree with 5 decades of professional experience in food and civil services.
Sumit brings with him more than 23 years of extensive experience in the realms of finance and accounts,
specializing in areas such as mergers and acquisitions (M&A), business administration, profitability and
feasibility analysis, as well as adept working capital management.
His professional journey has seen him in leadership roles as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of notable
organizations, including Gold Plus Glass Industries, Toyo Springs Ltd, Maharaja Whiteline Industries, and
Vikas Global.
Sumit is a qualified Chartered Accountant with a postgraduate degree in Business Finance from ICAI,
complemented by an undergraduate degree from SRCC, Delhi University.
Rajeev K. Bansal is an accomplished professional with over four decades of experience in warehousing,
logistics, supply chain management, and procurement. Served as the Group General Manager (Commercial) at
Central Warehousing Corporation, held key roles across various regions and institutions.
His extensive background includes liaising and closely working with government bodies and DFPD, WDRA, LPAI,
DoCA, FCI, NAFED, NCCF, various state civil supply corporations.
Rajeev holds multiple degrees, including an MBA from Tilak Maharashtra University and a Post Graduate Diploma
in Supply Chain Management from Symbiosis University
Komal is a member of the Institute of the Company Secretaries of India and a postgraduate with over 5 years of
experience in Compliance Management, and navigating strategic corporate affairs. She is the Company Secretary
of Globus since June 2019.
Her proficiency extends to corporate restructuring, capital issuance, corporate legislation, and foreign
exchange matters. Additionally, she is adept at engaging with regulatory bodies and governmental authorities.
Komal is a strategic planner well- versed in existing systems and procedures. She excels in crafting business
plans and designing internal control systems to optimize organizational efficiency.
An alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad and a degree-holder in Architecture from Mumbai University, Kunal Bavdhankar is an innovative leader with over two decades of diverse experience across Real Estate Investment, Project Management, and Infrastructure Development. His strategic contributions have been pivotal in both national and international projects, with a strong focus on sustainable development.
Kunal's career highlights include significant roles in ICICI Bank and Religare, where he spearheaded infrastructure initiatives and optimized asset management. Currently, as the Executive Director, he leads Strategic Projects and Business Development, with a special emphasis on ideating and developing post-harvest solutions, aligning with the latest trends in food security and sustainable storage practices.
His proven expertise spans the entire asset lifecycle—from acquisition to successful exits—allowing him to drive revenue growth while enhancing market positioning. Additionally, Kunal has extended his knowledge through guest lectures at architectural institutes, mentoring the next generation of professionals.
A recognized figure in the real estate fraternity, Kunal has served on prominent jury panels, including the Economic Times & Realty+ Conclave Excellence Awards. His leadership extends to corporate training and sustainability programs, for which he has earned several accolades throughout his career.
Rajnikant Rai holds a graduate degree in Economics and a PG Diploma in Import and Export Management. His career began with Oilfed, a government enterprise in Madhya Pradesh, and Britannia Industries Ltd., before joining ITC in 1990. Over the course of 34 years at ITC, Rajnikant held numerous leadership roles, retiring as the Divisional Chief Executive of the Agri Business Division (ABD) on August 24, 2024. Rajnikant’s legacy includes significant contributions to industry bodies such as the Soya Oil Producers Association (SOPA), The Solvent Extractors’ Association of India (SEA), and the National Commodity & Derivatives Exchange (NCDEX). He played a key role in shaping policy frameworks and scaling the industry, leaving a lasting impact. His work on the Agricultural Technology Management Agency (ATMA) project in Madhya Pradesh brought advanced agricultural technology and support to local farmers.
In 1999, Rajnikant conceptualized and led the pioneering e-Choupal initiative, which transformed how farmers
engaged with markets by leveraging digital platforms. As National Head of the project, he successfully rolled
it out across the country, creating innovative service models that addressed stakeholder concerns and
established a deep connection with farmers.
Rajnikant also played a pivotal role in building the supply chain for Aashirvaad Atta, scaling wheat sourcing
and other commodities. He was instrumental in launching ‘Choupal Saagar,’ rural retail centers that
facilitated farmer engagement and served as hubs for rural consumers. This initiative significantly
strengthened ITC’s rural presence and year-round farmer partnerships.
Under his leadership, the Agri
Business Division not only grew but set new benchmarks of excellence. He guided the development of ITCMAARS, a
groundbreaking project that transformed the Indian agricultural sector and positioned the Division as a leader
in agri-business innovation. His strategic vision, deep knowledge of the industry, and commitment to
